Preparing for Strategy Assessment
The purpose of this self-assessment tool is to gauge where you are in your readiness for strategy development. By combining scores from different people in the organization, we can draw charts that can then be used as a basis to engage on strategy development. You are encouraged to be as candid as you can to give as an objective picture as possible. The overall scores are not as important as the patterns that emerge. These patterns will help your organization to recognize its current strengths and where it may benefit by giving more attention in specific aspects of strategy development.
The assessment will take no more than about 10 minutes. Once you’ve completed the assessment, someone from our team will reach out to discuss your results.
